Panang Curry Chicken

From Mae Ploy Panang Curry Paste.
Serves 3
  1. Stir-fry Panang Curry Paste in oil, then add two thirds of the milk
  2. Add meat and continue cooking
  3. Add remaining third of milk, 1/2 cup of water, heat until boiling
  4. Add sugar, taste and season as required
  5. Garnish with fresh kaffir lime leaves, sliced chiles
