10 minutes prep, 3 hour wait, 45 minute cook

  1. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients, then add water and mix.
  2. Cover bowl with plastic, then a towel
  3. Let dough rise for 3 hours
  4. Flour the counter, put dough on counter, and sprinkle dough lightly with flour.
  5. Shape into a loaf.
  6. Get a fresh bowl, line with extra large parchment, then add dough and cover with towel.
  7. Place dutch oven in oven and heat to 450f.
  8. Once the dutch oven is pre-heated, remove it from oven. Lift the parchment with the dough into the dutch oven.
  9. Cover the dutch oven and return to oven for 30 minutes.
  10. Uncover the dutch oven and bake for another 5-15 minutes.
