One-pot Smoked Sausage and Rice

Serves 6
  1. Prep veggies and sausage. Heat a large dutch oven over medium-high. Add oil. Once hot, saute onion until slightly softened.
  2. Add pepper and celery, saute until slightly softened. Add garlic, cook for two minutes.
  3. Add spices and rice. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add broth, bring to boil, reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Cook until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
